Jose David Diaz received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering today. He completed his final project at the Image Processing and Computer Vision Research Laboratory (IPCV-LAB) under the supervision of Dr. Geovanni Martinez. For this project, he designed, implemented and tested a robot application in the C programming language using the Robot Operating System (ROS). This application enables real-time visualisation of point clouds generated by an Xbox Kinect V2, a stereo camera or a time-of-flight (ToF) depth sensor attached to an IPCV-LAB robot. The application uses functions from the Point Cloud Library (PCL). Congratulations!
